Benjamin is both a Chartered Accountant and a commercial and tax lawyer. This combination of skills allows him to provide comprehensive advice to your business.
He has over 17 years providing advice to both small and large business, on the Gold Coast and overseas — more than ten years as an accountant on the Gold Coast, and as a lawyer in Australia and the UK, advising on pensions, taxation and commercial law matters. He also holds a Masters of Taxation and has extensive experience in financial planning.
The practical upshot: strategic advice on profit maximisation, self managed superannuation, business structure, commercial law, corporate law — or any other business question you have — from someone who has seen the problem from both the accounting and the legal side.
